POLICE FIT is a Victoria Police product designed to assist applicants to prepare for the Victoria Police fitness test.

All programs are specifically designed by the Victoria Police Physical Training Unit to assist applicants to meet the requirements of the Victoria Police fitness test.

A new selection of strength, body weight and running workouts have been designed to suit various fitness level and help you prepare for each fitness component. The bodyweight workouts can be completed anywhere, anytime with no equipment required.
