vContact is a true all-in-one phone book app that includes Contacts, Dialer, SMS and Call Log feature which makes it easy to connect with friends and block unwanted people.

vContact provides features like phone book, caller ID, bulk SMS, Groups, Dialer, Notes, messenger integration, backup and restore etc.

Used as Secondary Contact Storage application with local database support

In addition to blocking spam calls, vContact provides true protection to your phone contacts with manual backup service for your contacts.

FEATURES

- Caller ID - Know who’s calling before you pick up, with user names now visible on the call screen along with their number.

- Call blocking - Get the calls you want, and not the ones you don’t. You can now block numbers to prevent unwanted calls.

- Contacts, SMS and Call log - All in one app, access contacts, sms, dialer and call logs from one app.

- Speed dial screen - Search contacts from dial screen and easily place call with less time.

- Notes - Store notes for contacts

- Group Support - Create groups with similar information

- Offline Support - You can use this application without internet connection after successful registration

FUNCTIONALITY -

- Search contact

- Dial mobile number from app

- Send SMS using default network provider (individual/group)

- Open Whatsapp, Email directly from your contacts!

- Save contact data in English, Marathi, Hindi or any Indian local language

- Contact is directly accessible only through app

- Backup and restore contacts from app to mobile memory and in reverse way

- Send backup to mail

PERMISSIONS:

In addition to basic permissions, the vContact app needs access to other functions on your device for it to support the above features -

- Identity: For securing login functionality

- Photos/Media/Files: Allows the app to save user profile pictures and backup data

- Wifi: To allow the app to connect to wi-fi

- Device-id: We use the Device-Id to identify the app and provide device specific features.

- Call info: We check for call logs to integrate call log feature inside app

- Contacts: Required this permission to sync contacts from address book to this app and vice versa

- SMS: Required this permission to integrate SMS feature inside application
