An app that calculate percentage , it show three numbers . The eight digits above the three numbers show a positive development and the four below are negative ditto. The app estimates that over 60 percent is normal. For example in elections , the top number shows the number of eligible voters , the second number the absentees and the third number the percentage of voters.
