SWOT analysis

SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) is an acronym for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and is a structured planning method that evaluates those four elements of an organization, project or business venture. A SWOT analysis can be carried out for a company, product, place, industry, or person.

Swotz was made to help people take decisions based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Choosing factors for each quadrant and associated intensity for each factor will generate a balance, that means the result for the entire comparison.

Each time we change factors balance is calculated again and updated.
