Spen Office is an application that allows you to add task for your junior employees. You can add new task with task details and multiple attachments. Employees will be notified whenever new task add for him/her. Employees are able to add third party details and remarks for tasks.
Employees are able to chat with tasks head. There is also option for sharing task details via sms, whats app, email etc. and also share via plan scheduler chat. Employee can add and share functions and meetings via app.
