RoadAmp is software that surveys the quality of roads by analysing sensor data.

All you need to do is place the phone flat and face up in your car with the screen off. Then just drive. The software will sense badly uneven roads and add to your account at http://roadamp.com.

You'll need GPS active as well as a data connection. The data transferred uses very little of your data allowance.

Uneven roads and potholes can cause vehicle damage and can also cause accidents. This app was made to aid reporting of dangerous roads to help minimize these. You can see the severity of the hazards on the website http://roadamp.com by seeing the size of the circles on the map.

For ease of use, we auto create an anonymous user id for you and you can view your findings directly by tapping the link on the app.
