Plan routes and record your movements on MapQuest maps
Keep track of your local hikes with this navigation tool. View maps, plan routes, and record your movements across the landscape.
- Enable satellite tracking in Settings before starting
- To zoom into your location, long press on the Follow button
- To plan a route, tap on the Plan button, then tap along your route, then tap on the Plan button
- When route planning, long press on the map to delete the last point
- To keep the map centred at your position, tap on the Follow button
- To record your movements, tap on the Record button
- Tap on a marker to view its annotation
