Since August 2014 this app is not necessary as the main app already contains the database.
This application used to copy the QRouting waypoint database to the SD Card in your phone. Once that you have copied it you can uninstall this app to free space in your device. This DataBase contains more than 120.000 aeronautical waypoints and airports worldwide and it is about 12 MB size.
To use this data base you need to download QRouting from the Android Market.
QRouting is a very usefull aviation tool. Please, for more details visit:

Instead of downloading this program you can download the database from www.qrouting.com and copy it manually to the SD Card
