Picture Dither Random

Filter your pictures with a Random Dither!

Ideas:

-make a picture you have look like it was taken with an old digital camera or feature phone

-decrease the required disk space to save a picture

Instructions:

Step 1. Select a picture directly from your camera or gallery

Step 2. Filter your picture with Picture Dither Random!

Step 3. Save a copy of the filtered picture back to your gallery

Step 4. Send the picture directly to an email or another application
