- Overall optimization and bugfixing.

Also in this update:
- New tab with liveries of the day in the livery workshop;
- In-game news tab;
- Automatically change tires;
- New cars: Flash, Glorious CX, Penguin;
- New event type: Chase the Ghost, or else the timer will run out;
- New body kits for the Cobra GT530, Razor ZX, and Vanguard;
- New engines for tier 5 cars;
- Number of vinyl layers increased from 50 to 90;
- Small tweaks to driftboxes, events, smoke, and the dynostand.
