UNO Game

Standard UNO rules：

1. There are 108 cards in each deck of game cards, red, green, blue, and yellow common cards(25 cards each), and black special cards(8 cards in total).

2. Red, green, blue, yellow common cards: number 0 card(1 card), numbers 1-9 cards(2 cards), Skip cards(2 cards), Reverse cards(2 cards), Draw2 cards(2 cards).

3. Black special cards: Wild cards(4 cards), Wild Draw4(4 cards).

4. After the game starts, each player plays one card at a time in a clockwise direction.

5. The card played by the player must have the same color or number as the card played by the previous player, but there is no such restriction for the black special card.

6. If the player has no card to play, the one must draw a card from the deck. If this card is not available to play, the next player will continue to play.

7. The player who finishes his(her) hand the fastest wins the game.

8. Skip card: The next player stops playing cards once.

9. Reverse card: Reverse the direction of the turn, from clockwise(counter-clockwise) to counter-clockwise(clockwise).

10. Draw2 card: The next player stops playing cards once and draws 2 cards.

11. Wild card: The player chooses one of red, green, blue and yellow color.

12. Wild Draw4 card: The player chooses one of red, green, blue and yellow color, and the next player stops playing cards once then draws 4 cards as a penalty.
