THE SKULL TALE...

This is the tale of how I entered the fearsome, FPS game, The Underground Skull. The game of the year, every kid owned the game and played it obsessively. It was a relatively new game, and obsession ran high as everyone raced to the end battlefield where the final battle would ensue. The game came with a warning. I don't recall the entire warning. I mean, what teen wants to bother with reading the copyright or warning screens when your best friend is already at level 20 and you haven't even beat the first level?! I do recall it mentioned collecting date and psychological data. It said the game profiles you as you play, learning your strengths and weaknesses to create the ultimate war scenario. The one line I do remember clearly, stated: This game plays you as much as you play it. That part sounded awesome as hell. That is, until we reached the final stage, and was suddenly sucked into the world we'd been playing from the safety of our bedrooms and living rooms only moments before. Only now, it was real, and there was no do over. The end truly mean, the end. You either survived, or you didn't. The only way to return home was to vanquish all the final stage bosses.

Are you ready to take on extreme time challenges? Intelligent enemies with ultimate damage? Labyrinthine landscapes with brutal consequences? If you've answered yes to any of these questions, you are in for a thrill! Become a master hitman in this fun to play, but challenging to master hit first person shooter game. Start up the game and you are right away invited to claim an epic reward in exchange for viewing a brief video clip. The power up you'll receive will be yours until you die. At the map-style level select screen, you'll launch the first level to be assigned the number of enemies to defeat and the time in which you have to do it. Succeed and you'll earn a mega permanent weapon to wield throughout the game. Collect blocky weapons and perks along your journey, but if you find yourself shooting blanks or low on health, watching additional video ads will earn you the supplies you'll need to keep on battling. Equip your favorite weapon or experience the ultimate combat excitement by going against your foe in hand-to-hand battle. The enemies you'll encounter are skeletons, with some of them using magic and wearing robes. The possibilities are endless, but the bottom goal is simple: survive.
