This mobile application serves as the primary field and gate execution tool for security personnel and drivers, ensuring that every incoming and outgoing goods flow is accurately validated at security checkpoints.

Digital Gate Out & Gate In Execution: Automate physical verification of goods by scanning QR codes on digital Delivery Orders (SJ) to ensure compliance between the system manifest and the physical load.

Real-Time Visibility & Status Logic: Instantly monitor the status of goods movement through a color-coding system (Pending, Approved, Verified, Delivered), providing full transparency for all stakeholders.

Integrated Discrepancy Protocol: A systematic mitigation procedure for discrepancies in goods data at the gate, including coordination between parties and direct upload of supporting evidence (Evidence Capture).

Evidence Capture & Handover Protocol: Mandatory photographic documentation of goods handovers as valid digital audit evidence to ensure accountability throughout the chain of command.

Web-to-Mobile Synergy: Seamless integration between the web platform (Control Center) for administration and the mobile application for operational execution at the gate and in the field.

Internal Delivery (Inter-Warehouse): Management of goods transfers between internal warehouses with double validation at the exit and entry points.
