Only One is a reality show program in which 10 players will fight for a contract with KSW - the largest federation of mixed martial arts in Europe.

From among thousands of fighters a group of players with diverse personality, temperament and the best physical and technical preparation was selected. They qualified for a training cycle of several weeks, in which under the watchful eye of professionals they will change into MMA racers.

The Only One program consists of 8 episodes in which players will be subjected to special tasks. In addition to heavy strength and endurance tasks, they will have to compete in cooking, dancing or showing a sense of humor. Wins in these competitions will allow them to gain privileges or change the distribution of strength in the program.

Each episode ends with a fight, the result of which decides which player will continue training and which will have to swallow the bitterness of defeat and leave the show. The two best participants will enter the cage and face each other during the KSW Grand Gala.

The Only One application will allow you to get to know the players - show participants. Thanks to additional materials, published chronologically to the broadcast episodes, viewers can follow the players' fate from episode to episode. The application allows you to learn more about the elements of training, diet, preparation for fighting, losing weight, etc.

In the application, we can also solve probes and quizzes directly related to the participants of the show and the entire MMA discipline.
