TRAINING PROGRAM: get your complete training program with exercise instructions and videos including cardio, strength, mobility and other types of activities. You can also let the app guide you through the workout: the app automatically moves to next exercise and gives you the possibility to rate your experience and schedule your next workout.

CHALLENGES: join the challenges organized by your workplace wellness partner, train and improve your challenge ranking in real time.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: keep track of your outdoor activities directly via the TWITCH WELLNESS app or automatically sync with other applications such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.

ACTIVITY LOG: Log physical activity manually or sync with other apps collect MOVEs, and get more active every day.
