Practice Asanas that are best for Daily routine full Body workout with this App

Yoga these days is gaining worldwide attention as a healthy way of living. The innumerable benefits of Yoga are not new to anyone know. Despite this many people are unavailable to adopt Yoga into their daily lifestyle routine. There are many reasons for it, but the most important of them, as i feel personally is the inaccessibility to the knowledge of practice of yoga (i.e. how to perform various exercises in Yoga or the Asanas) and the confusion regarding what to perform out of a list of innumerable Yoga Asanas and other practices.

As i myself struggled for a long time before i could successfully adopt a routine Yoga practice, this App is an effort to not only to reach to those who don't have the accessibility, by using the fast growing mobile-internet coverage but also to wither away the confusion about what to perform and what not.

I myself faced the confusion and i know many of us do and that is why this App provides you with the complete pack of Yoga Asanas that you should perform on a daily basis, based on your time availability without missing anyone. All the asanas given in the app, if performed daily are sufficient for a complete body workout. Within days you will see for yourself the changes both within your body in form of bodily functions and outside in form as an improvement in your performance. you will feel energized, calm, in peace, strengthened from within, centered, lively and happy throughout your day. And this is my real experience.

This App has two sections for now,

-- Daily Yoga : which is for daily routine. A complete list of 40-45 min Asanas that you should perform on daily basis.

--Quick Yoga: which has a relatively small list of Asanas that can be performed when you are short on time. All of them takes approx. 15 min to perform.

These Asanas are fairly simple and leaving few any person of any age can perform these Asanas and that is why the name, Yoga for All.

but soon their will be more sections like Yoga for Aged people, yoga for pregnant women and much more.

The main purpose of the App is to share the benefits of such a wonderful form of exercise which has by becoming a part of my life has transformed it in ways which cannot be mentioned in words.

So, stop being lazy and get up to a new life with Yoga for All. Good luck with your Yoga Experience.
