Change featured jobs to display recent ones and not random featured jobs. Check if there are no featured jobs and display a no results page. Display 100 hundred jobs, only shows 20 jobs and loads 10 more when user reaches the end of the list. loading uses infinite scrolling. At the end of the result list, a 'see more jobs here' is shown. Button is linked to workplacediversity website. Change search jobs label to back label when the page shown is the job search results page.
