I am Matt Walters- I work with "baby boomers" born 1945-65 to help them continue to live active and enjoyable lives. I have been transforming people's lives for 30 years. I believe to have a vibrant and vigorous lifestyle, one must compliment an intelligent exercise program with a nutritious diet. I provide one-on-one and small group training for older adults ranging from healthy, to post-rehab, to active senior athletes. I promote total client wellness working with high-fit seniors, older competitive athletes and sports minded adults that want to improve their Golf and Tennis games. I provide the accountability, education and motivation to get you back in the game. I have been personally training clients in the Chicago area since 1985. My cutting edge training programs have helped adults increase their level of energy, decrease aches and pains, improve balance, lower cholesterol and eliminate symptoms resulting from diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease, and more. I develop adaptable personal training programs for my clients to enable them to engage in desired activities throughout their lives.
