HOW A HOLE PLAYS

Line up, pull back to set your power, and let go. Before you swing, check the wind and pick the club that suits the shot — then add spin if you need the ball to stop somewhere it does not want to. Land in the rough or the sand and you will pay for it on the next stroke, which is what makes laying up the right call more often than you would like.
