Achieve better outcomes by managing tasks and responsibilities as a team for patients. Patients, alone, are not capable of managing the entirety of their care; they need help. It’s the patient’s support group that makes the difference. Successful health outcomes are achieved when the patient and their support system collaborate and cooperate closely and communicate seamlessly. TaskHub is specifically designed for this purpose--to properly support patients through a group approach to task management. All stakeholders--family members, caregivers, physical therapists, nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, friends--must be able to communicate in a streamlined and efficient manner to assure the patient’s needs are attended to. Our TaskHub provides the efficient communication tools and patient support that’s so crucial to the successful provision of care.
