My Landlord (Stockport Homes) is an app that enables Stockport Homes’ customers to request repairs and contact their landlord. It is a simple process for customers to send details of any issues, attach an image and confirm their availability for the repair to be undertaken.
Stockport Homes receives the report immediately and can communicate within the app. This means all messages are sent and received by the app, so that the customer can easily see all the comments, questions and the status of the repair, and the repairs process can be managed as quickly as possible. The app allows customers to report multiple problems/ repairs and see them all separately.
In addition to housing repairs reporting, My Landlord (Stockport Homes) provides customers with a range of information and other services.
