This program focuses on helping beginner soccer players learn the basic fundamentals of the game and also provides drills that simulate game-like situations.

For beginner soccer players it is important to focus on learning correct form and technique. Once technique is mastered, then you can focus on speed and not looking at the ball. This application provides a variety of beginner to intermediate workouts that develop soccer players over time and ensure they are learning all of the skill sets and lessons necessary to play the game at a higher level.
