Fixed an issue with importing fast dial from contacts

Tried to fix relatively rare crash due to updated settings. If you're still have problems, solution below.

Settings moved on a separate screen.

NOTE: If you've updated an app and it doesn't launch, go to Settings->Apps->Small Phone, then tap "Clear Data".
