1. I haven't received points for installing apps or filling offers, what should I do?

2. I have invited people to the app, they have used my invitation code, but I haven\'t received points, why?

Each invited user must earn at least 50 points in the app using offerwalls or watching videos and must have different IP address, then invitation will be accepted.

3. Why my transaction has been canceled?

Transactions are being canceled when user provides wrong trade url or his profile is private.

4. My transactions are still pending, how long should I wait?

Item should be arrived in few minutes if you have provided valid trade url. Sometimes it can take more time, but item will be arrived for sure at the latest within 24 hours.

5. There are only few items available, how often is the delivery of items?
