RUSH間隔定時器:簡單,直接,有效。

Rush Interval Training is a simple, straightforward and effective interval training program that is easy to use. The timer can be used for various exercises, high intensity interval training and martial arts such as TABATA, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Crossfit, EMOM, and more.

Features :

- Create your own workouts.

- Capability to set a different time for each round. Also set break time, prep time and end of round warning time as well.

- Sound notifications for round start, round end, and round ending warning.

- "Keep Screen On" option to keep phone from going to sleep while application is active.

- Various Themes! Each theme includes its own set of sounds and background(backgrounds only visible in the PRO version). Current Themes : CrossFit, MMA, Boxing and Street Fighter 2(Round 1.. FIGHT!). More themes to come.

- No annoying ads. Look into the PRO Version if you would like to support this app.

- Background Images only available in the PRO Version.

PRO Version only:

- Unlock "Custom Theme" : Create your own theme by choosing your own sounds and background image from your device.

- Unlock "Show background image". Enables the display of a background image in the application.

- Future features will be added in the PRO version only.
