Railswachh

鐵路Swachh應用是印度鐵路完成Swachh鐵調查的彙編。

Rail Swachh App is a compilation of Swachh Railways survey done by Indian Railways for major stations and trains.

It depicts the score of various stations across states and railway divisions based on three areas namely process audit, direct observation and citizens feedback.

Each area had a set of questions and parameters on which the station, platform and surrounding areas were evaluated. Score is displayed for each station on all these points. Passengers can give their feedback for a particular station/train which will be helpful to improve the services.
