New features:
- add-on introducing 800 m to calculations and extending custom distance range accordingly
- anaerobic extension of the mathematical model

Optimizations:
- supported screens with large aspect ratio (e.g. iPhone X, Pixel 2 XL)
- minor color and text tweaks
- minor performance optimizations

Bug fixes:
- custom distance info box does not get automatically discarded in a very rare scenario
- custom distance km and mi values can go out of sync in a rare scenario
