The ProDAT Candidate Assessment and Placement platform is carefully structured to provide candidates with access to top quality corporate jobs. The process is particularly suited for the recruitment of Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
Every candidate taking up assessments called the Pro-DAT Certification Test, will be issued with a Pro-DAT score, an aggregate score based on the result of the assessments. The Pro-DAT score will form the basis for providing placement opportunities matching the profile of the candidate.
