In this app, the parables are arranged in categories, where each category is out to teach us a particular aspect about our Lord's teachings. Example category is "The Kingdom" where the parables under this category teaches us about the kingdom of God, another is "Repentance" where the parables under this category teaches us about repentance. This way the user can easily get the message.
The app equally gives users the ability to get parables from particular gospel passages like Mathew, Mark, Luke.
When a particular parable is chosen, the caption of the parable and the Bible passage(s) are displayed along side the full text.
All the Bible verses found in this app were extracted from the Good News Translation (GNT) Bible.
Where there are more than one gospel from which the parable could be taken from, then the gospel passage according to Mathew was chosen.

Commentaries have been included for each parable. These commentaries explains the settings of the parable, the role of the people in the parable and the meaning of the parable. It equally gives the lesson to be learned in each parable and how the parable applies to us as Christians.
