The app can be used by anyone to structure work with anything, study, renovating, work or whatever you want.
Routines at home or at work can be optimized and the app will restart the task after the set number of days.
If something bogs your mind, make a task to think about it. Repeat it every day, this will give you a structured way to deal with what is in the way for you to fully focus. Even if it does not make things better, by being repeated to you things will eventually seem clearer/easier.
You could also choose to repeat a complex task, it sometimes helps to divide the work over a few days or weeks. The app will help you with this.
