很少有人沒有舌頭聽到Biriyani的名字。
First boil the water, add the ghee, oil, salt and boil the rice in half. Heat the oil and ghee in it. After the onions are browned for some time, pour the marinated meat when it becomes brown and add about 1/3 of the onion barreta and set aside.
Now in a deep pan, add the remaining half of the basil to the meat, and again with the meat and rice, add the remaining mint leaves, raisins, almond slices, and coriander leaves. In a separate bowl, mix milk and saffron and rose water and pour over the biryani pan.
Cover the top of the pan with an airtight lid and simmer for 5 minutes. When the rice is fully cooked, reduce it.
Lay the eggs on top. Serve hot with quorum.
