MineRun Pro - Gold Miner Game

- Gems now spawn at random levels (so you have to jump to get some gems, and can jump over them).
- Moved perks down so that you can now jump over them.
- x2 gold is now blue and x2 score is now red, as specified in the Tutorial.
- Pressing the back button in a menu now returns to the main menu
- Progress bar now correctly updates when unlocking characters
- Other minor updates
