Updated auto-sync to only show most errors if it hasn't successfully synced in the last 24 hours. This should resolve additional sync error warnings caused by unauthorized wifi (like a hotel) and other connection oddities.
Updated for auto-sync on newer devices to delay sync attempt while Wifi finishes connecting. This should eliminate the spurious error messages of a failed sync. Optimizations to wifi detection and updates for Android Oreo.
