About Listers Health:

Our Ladies only Gym is packed with brand new cardiovascular equipment from Life Fitness. The technology comes with a virtual trainer which will guide you through a customised programme helping you reach your fitness and cardiovascular goals.

Based in the heart of Bradford, we identified that a women’s gym which allows you ladies to enjoy a female only environment where you can let your hair down, something that was long desired in Bradford. Furthermore, here at Listers Health our vision is to tailor our services for women only with an emphasis on their particular fitness needs such as classes and various other services that the lady folk hold ever so dear.

In our gym there is a mixture of cardiovascular, resistance and free weights.
