Simple app to prevent kids from over using the phone. No ads so no fear of kids clicking on unwanted ad links.

Are your kids spending too much time with mobile? Use our Kiddy Lock app to automatically lock the device after a set time. Once the timer is set the device will lock even if the kids are actively playing games / watching videos or with other applications in the foreground.

This is how it works:

Set a timer of 10 minutes and give the device to your kid.

After 10 minutes no matter what app / game the kid is in, the device will automatically get locked.

Additional features:

Before locking the device the kid will be prompted with an arithmetic question to answer: for eg: 5 X 6 = ?

If the kid answers the question correctly then the timer gets restarted i.e. the kid gets another 10 minutes to play with the device. If the kid fails to answer the question then the device gets locked after a minute.

The arithmetic questions are not constant and they are generated randomly so the kid cant remember the answers, he/she has to work the answers every time.

In order to stop an already set timer, we need to answer a question (“Name a dinosaur movie made by Spielberg?”) and the answer to the question is “Jurrassic Park”.

The app cannot be stopped/killed by the kids and it gets stopped only when it locks the device once.

Future improvements:

1. Provide your own questions for answering.

2. Set the lock to work at different times of the day

3. Lock the device remotely.
