Oil spills from shipping accidents and offshore blowouts are rare, but when they happen the impact on the environment, on livelihoods and on the local economy can be severe. The ITOPF Response to Oil Spills Film Application provides a series of seven presenter-led documentary style films designed to promote good practice and raise awareness of some of the issues involved in oil spill response.
