Fixed LinkedImage removed when editing comments
Fixed Edit Caption crashing if there was a List in the narrative
Fixed narratives with Lists not updating correctly if the narrative itself was modified
Fixed crash on summary when editing caption of MISC or Cover photo.
Fixed slideshow opening the wrong image when tapping thumbnail
Fixed scroll below Done button (hopefully!)
