But wait... There is a catch. You need to be associated with one of our registered fitness centers in order to gain credits for each exercises. Its like a test where a trainer will see your performance and rate it. And you will get the corresponding credits according to your performance. Sorry but that's necessary :(

The app contains different regimes. Every regime is a ladder starting from the level Pawn and taking you to the top i.e King. Every level is designed to subject your body to the optimum stress ultimately shaping you and your body better with each level.
