FPS Meter displays FPS (Frames per second) above all other windows in any game or application. This allows you to benchmark your real device's performance.
NOTE:If you have a non-ROOTed device, you need to connect your device to a desktop PC to activate FPS Meter. To do this follow the instructions on http://fpsmeter.github.io .
