Do you ever get tired of staring at a clock in the gym to make sure you're holding stretches, resting, running, or performing exercises long enough? Does it ever get annoying fighting for a spot near the clock or staring at a sub-optimal phone timer and then having to perform complex arithmetic to figure out how long you've been doing something as you move from one task to the next? This is the app for you!
With this app, you can create fitness routines composed of tasks (exercises, stretches, rests) with very specific durations. If there isn't a task or routine you're looking for, you can also create your own!
Start with one of the default routines to get a good sense of what this app can do.
Stretch and exercise can also be one-sided. One sided tasks start with the left side, provide a short break to switch sides, then end on the right side.
Rest tasks are meant to give you time to set up for the next activity or stretch.
If anything is moving too fast, you can always pause the timer and restart it when you're ready.
