The Fieldcode information center app enables you to keep track of the service delivery progress. Within the app you can monitor the status of your event and access detailed information on its resolution progress. You can access the details of a specific event on the app in two ways: either by clicking on the token received via email or by filling in the token number on the dedicated field within the app.
