DataButtons allows you to create lists of buttons, for example, a list of buttons containing names of medications. You then click a button when you perform the corresponding task, e.g. consume a given medication. Upon clicking the button, DataButtons records the date and time for you. It can also record the location and allow you to enter notes for a given button click if you desire.
