Dak Lak is the fourth largest province in the Central Highlands, Vietnam. The capital of Dak Lak is Buon Ma Thuot City, located 1,410 km from Hanoi and 350 km from Ho Chi Minh City. On November 26, 2003, Dak Lak was divided into two provinces: Dak Lak and Dak Nong.
