With Consolidate Mobile App you can take all advantages from your Consolidate-solution on your Android phone or tablet on a journey. Flexible working turns into a new dimension. All required information are currently available.

Inbox:

- Number of new items in inbox are displayed

- Up-to-date inbox is shown after synchronisation

- Inbox-items can be mark as "read", "done" and be "delegate"

Tasklist:

- All open tasks are available

- Activities can be marked as "done", be "delegate" and "forward" (by e-mail)

- Attachments can be regarded

- User can create and send new e-mails

   - Select recipients and CC-recipients

   - Fill in subject

   - Insert a message text

   - Choose project (favorites are offered)

   - Select priority

   - Sign in responsible person

   - Fill in category

   - Adapt privacy

- User can create an internal message

   - Fill in subject

   - Enter date

   - Insert comment

   - Choose project (favorites are offered)

   - Select priority

   - Sign in responsible person

   - Fill in category

   - Adapt privacy

Calender:

- View all appointments

- Mark appointments as "done"

- "Delegate" or "forward" (by e-mail) appointments

- Create appointments

   - Fill in subject 

   - Select intern and extern participants

   - To define time period (or whole-day)

   - Add comment

   - Choose project (favorites are offered)

   - Select priority

   - Sign in responsible person

   - Fill in category

   - Adapt privacy

Contact/Companies:

- Contact/Companies which are in favorit list, are assigned to open activities and appointments which take place in future are displayed

- Contact-/Companiesdate can be view

- User can directly create an e-mail

- User can directly call a telephone number

Settings:

- Function: Sign in automatically

- Insert a signature (filled in when user create an e-mail)
