Complex Timer

Some changes in response to user requests:
- Now it is easier to precisely adjust the sliding intermediate warning
- The short ticks before starting a new Countdown are omitted when the current Countdown is shorter than 5 seconds
- When a Countdown is just 1 second long, a shorter tone is played when it starts
- The texts and buttons in Sound Settings have been updated to make them more intuitive
