There came a day, a day unlike any other when a cell decided to become the most powerful cell in the whole body. Rex, an ordinary nervous cell mutated himself to become stronger and even more dangerous cell and named himself as CANCEROUS REX.

Cancerous Rex wanted to conquer the whole body by creating an army. Thru the process of illegal Mitosis, he multiplied himself and multiply and multiply and multiply until he had enough to support him in his dark plan.

He chose his four followers of his dark reign. Named King Carcinomas, the King of cancer cells in skins and tissues that line and cover the internal organs; King Sacrcoma, the King in the connective or supportive tissues in bone, cartilage, fat, and blood vessels; King Leukaemia, the creator of abnormal cell in blood forming tissue like bone marrow; King Lymphoma, the transformer of cells of the immune system. Together they will multiply, travel and conquer the whole body and hail Cancerous Rex.

As the dark reign arise, the brilliant oncologist named Doctor Med Icine created a solution to defend the body and destroy the growth of ever-evil cancer army. This innovative treatment for cancer is named Immune Cell Prototypes AKA ICPs. They are the sharp-shooter organic compounds who target the cancer cells alone. ICP is consider as the army of cancer killers, BUT these army needs A LEADER. And Doctor Med wants you to lead the FIGHT AGAINTS CANCER.

Your Mission is to lead the ICP army in defending the body by stopping the spread of cancer cells in the blood stream and thought out the body and extinguish Cancerous Rex and his evil army. BODY FIGHT!
