You need to craft each part of it if you want to have it. Or you can take it in your creative inventory. Energy Core it can be crafted using 9 energy fragments.

Shields Mod is an armor mod which provides you a new item which is called shield. The shield looks absolutely amazing and its features add a lot of protection while equipped. It would also be nice to see some additional shields as a ballistic missile shield. To have it, you can craft it or take it in your creative inventory. It will be placed in your right hand and it can not equip any other weapons while holding the shield.
