An app that allows people to rate and review things by collecting photos

Appraise is an app that allows people to rate and review events or activities by collecting photos of those events and rating the photos with a smiley face. People can work in groups to share the photos that they collect and everyone gets one vote about whether what is that photo is good, bad or okay. In this way a review of an event or activity is built up and people can get an idea of what's good, what's bad and perhaps what needs to change.
