An app designed for people with Down's Syndrome to helps them track their weight

Register weight

Weight can be recorded manually or automatically in case of having a Fitbit ARIA scale. The app gives feedback to the user telling him his current body shape (e.g. Your are on a good weight).

Throw notifications and reminders

-Notifications based on weather data

-Notification to remind user to weigh

-Permanent notification so user has quick access to the app

-Notifications based on goals set by user

View statistical information

-Show weight data on a graph and a table.

-Show steps record

-Give a summary of current body shape based on BMI and goal completion

Track user's activity

-Track user’s activity. Select between four activities: walk, run, cycle or dance.

-Steps, calories burnt, heart rate and exercise time are recorded.

-When a goal is completed, such as completing daily steps, the user will be congratulated.

Customization

-User can create a profile with his/her age, gender, height, current weight and level of activity.

-Customise goals. Currently steps and daily calories burnt.

-Customise the ‘danger zones’ on the weight graph, as show in Image 6.

-Set a reminder at a specific time and frequency to remind user to weight. This will show a notification on the notification bar and phone will sound and vibrate.

-Export data by email. For example, to email weight data to physician.

-Manage weather notification preferences

-Connect the app to Fitbit account

-Add a BLE heart rate monitor

-Delete data.
