Did you know that your head is exposed to radiation every time you use a cell phone. The exposure limit of this radiation is indicated by the SAR value of your phone. Higher the rate, more is the radiation, and long exposure to high rates can result in serious health issues.
The maximum permissible Specific Absorption Rate of phones in most countries is 1.6-2.0 W/kg, while ideally a phone's SAR value should be around 0.6-0.8 W/kg. Anything above that should be taken as a serious concern.
This app displays the regulatory information of your phone containing the SAR values so it may not work with phones of which the manufacturer has not provided any regulatory information of (which is another reason for alarm).
